Returns

A refund, minus shipping, may be issued within 30 days of purchase for unused items in pristine, original packaging shipped at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the transaction meets requirements above, a refund will be initiated within five business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.

If you believe your refund is overdue, check your bank account or credit card activity. There are often delays with funding institutions that are beyond our control. If you’ve contacted your bank or credit card company and find no evidence that a refund is in process, contact support@smoothleaf.com.

Damage in transit

If the item is damaged in transit, you will be responsible for resolving the issue with your carrier of choice. No credit will be issued for damaged items.
